This EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of Caddayn Biller.
Caddayn Biller is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. The author disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall the author be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use of or inability to use Caddayn Biller, even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This EULA is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the software was developed.
